Merl Sweetness Cakes & Pastries Shop started out of a deep personal love for baking and sharing comforting homemade sweets with family and friends. What began as weekend experiments with fudgy brownie recipes and banana loaves quickly blossomed into a beloved local bakery serving the vibrant Taguig community. We believe that celebration cakes and everyday treats should not only look gorgeous but taste genuinely delicious. That is why we never compromise on ingredients—using real butter, premium cocoa, and fresh fruits for every single batch we produce.

How do I place an inquiry using the catalog?
Browse our online catalog, click Add to Inquiry List on any item you like, and submit your list along with your event date and design details. We’ll review your request and send a formal quote for payment.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available via third-party couriers (Grab, Lalamove, or Maxim). Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
Do you accept COD?
Not at the moment, we require payment first to confirm your order. We will send you the account info after we process your inquiry.
How do I pay for my order?
We operate on a payment-first policy. Once your order details are finalized, you can complete your payment using any of the following options:

When is my payment confirmed?
Your order goes into our baking schedule as soon as we receive and verify your payment confirmation/receipt.
How long does delivery take after payment?
Orders are processed and scheduled for delivery 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation. Because our treats are freshly baked, this timeframe ensures your order arrives in peak condition.
Can I request same-day delivery?
To maintain quality and freshness, all items require a 1-to-2 day lead time from payment confirmation. We recommend placing your order in advance for special events or specific dates!
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount on your total order for bulk purchases. Contact us directly prior to payment so we can apply the discount to your total invoice.
